Manchesters are high spirited & very observant. Manchesters are black and tan, with a short shiny coat. There is a standard variety of manchesters and a toy variety. The standard manchester terrier averages about 16 inches tall and weighs 12-22 lbs. The toy manchester terrier is much the same as the standard manchester terrier except it weighs less than 11 lbs.
